What does an EOR do?
An EOR is a third party company that takes on a company’s human resources responsibilities and onboards, pays, and manages your supported employees while you maintain and control the day-to-day operations. The EOR becomes the legal employer of the employee.
Does Higher have their own entities?
In a majority of countries we partner with a carefully selected vendor who have their own physical entities in those countries. We don’t offer EOR services from a vendor without having physical entities in that country. This allows us to offer a fast and more compliant offering as there aren’t layers of third party affiliate vendors involved.
Do you offer recruiting services?
Our primary purpose is to offer EOR solutions to your business however we together with our executive search business, are very well positioned to provide advice and hiring solutions globally as well. Check them out here.
How much does it cost ?
We charge a flat fee of £549 per month per employee on top of your monthly payroll (salary, taxes and benefits of employee). You receive one invoice (including fees, salary, etc) for all your employees operating through us.
Do you manage and engage with my employees?
We only engage with employees relating to payroll, tax and contract topics. You still have full responsibility for their day to day work, just like the the traditional employer/employee setup.
What currency do you pay my employees in?
Your employees will be paid in the local currency of the country they are working and living in.
